* = includes Welcome Reception on Sunday 24th August 2014 from 5.00pm to 7.30pm, Conference Dinner on Thursday 28th August 2014 and a Local Attraction Excursion in the afternoon of Wednesday 27th  August 2014 – venues to be advised shortly.

Please note that lunches are NOT included in the above conference registration fees. Further information on locations for purchasing lunches will be provided closer to the conference.

Registration to the conference will commence shortly.  To register your interest to the conference and receive updates, please email your name and phone number to Deakin events.

Payments

When registrations open to the conference, payment can be made via an online registration system using Visa or Mastercard. Delegates paying by cheque can complete a manual registration form and send their completed registration form and cheque (payable to Deakin University) to:

All payments must be made in Australian dollars and received prior to the conference. If payment from your organisation is not received prior to the conference you will be asked to provide your personal credit card details to confirm your registration. A tax (GST) invoice will be emailed once your registration has been confirmed.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellations notified in writing prior to 25th July 2014 to:

will be eligible for a refund less $250. Cancellations notified after this date will not be eligible for a refund, however registration may be transferred to another eligible person. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

Insurance

Insurance, including medical cover, travel cover and expenses incurred in the event the conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. Please discuss insurance cover with your travel agent when booking air travel.
